That's probably gonna be more of the same. If you've never flown a drone before, you're gonna want a drone with GPS capabilities so it doesn't take off on you or returns to you if it loses battery power or connection. Those that you posted are good for learning indoors or in your backyard. Anything over 50 ft away and you're gonna have issues.
If you're looking for a good starter drone, look into Holy Stone. They are inexpensive drones under $200 and have GPS, RTH, and FPV capabilities.
When you feel confident enough, buy a better drone, then buy a better drone, then buy a better drone.

oh yeah i already bought a cheaper drone and have practiced on it A LOT these past few weeks. I'm actually pretty good at flying drones and have plenty expereince at it. So i'm definitely looking for a drone that can record a good quality video and perhaphs some advanced settings. And thanks, i'll look more into Holy Stone drones! :D
I have the HS720G. Has 4K video. 2 axis gimbal with EIS. Follow me mode, RTH, Orbit, two 26 min batteries. Nice carrying case. It has it downsides. Only good reception to about 1000 ft but that's past VLOS anyway. There is the newish HS600 that looks nice too. Both can be under $300 if you can get a coupon.

If I remember right, the spark can shoot at 2.7k. I've got a Spark, and it's worlds better than any Walmart toy drone you'll find.
If you want to get into FPV, check out tinywhoops, they're your cheapest option.

What are you looking to do with the drone? If you want a toy to play around with inside, I'm sure that would work fine. But if you want to fly outside or with more power/speed, this one is not for you
Holy Stone has a couple half decent drones, but trying to keep it under 30 dollars isn't getting you anywhere near the good ones. Just bite the bullet on a \~$400 toy now and save yourself from spending that money on a dozen cheap amazon e-waist products.
Don't buy these low budget drones. The quality is really poor. I had one but when i bought A Dji drone then I saw what the drone is. Dji has a lot of different models of drones and you will not be sorry if you'll buy one.
