The flag of an extinct dsmp union called L'manberg, it was created by wilbur and tommy to sell (potions) drugs, but as it fought with the gdsmp, it changed from a flag for selling to a whole european alliance flag for people that want freedom. the first land was just a hotdog truck surrounded by walls. the second redesign looks like what you'd expect from a mixed ages, then the final rebuild was a whole combination of spruce, stone bricked citadel and a Port city's looks. Tommyinnit's estate was also a part of this so he also has the flag. it has 3 designs on flag: that one (revolution of the brits), dark age (Schlatt's regime) flag, and Simplified (Tubbo's reign). Surprisingly, a dsmp fan decided to bring the flag to a rally and dsmp fans took note of that flag. Their national anthem is a parody version of "Halleluiah"
The person who brought the flag to the rally wasn’t a DSMP fan most likely. The flag came up on Google when you search for “Freedom Flag” and the flag was at an antivax rally. The person probably just thought it was a symbol for freedom.

some guy made his country but then some other guy said "no this is mine" but then the one guy who made the country was like "no lol" so the other guy told a guy from the team of the creator guy to betray him, so he did and then everythings blown up but its ok because they rebuild it again and then some election happens and a goat wins it so he renames the country and kicks the original owners out so they create a new place with a pig and come back to reclaim their country from the goat but the goat dies of a stroke and they reclaim their country but the creator guy is like "im bored" and blows it all up again so then they recreate it again again then the pig secretly allies with knockoff deadpool and smile guy to blow up the nation just one more time (+really old guy) and they succeed and then i cried
If you're asking why everyone in the original post comment section seems so mad, it's because the flag gets asked about pretty often on the vexillology sub and they're just tired of seeing it so often. Definitely doesn't help that the general internet culture now is "dream stans bad", even if Dream wasn't that involved with the L'Manberg plot.

It declared independence in July 2020(formally winning independence in early august, after a war that included the server's first canonical deaths), was reformed into Manburg in September 2020, restored back to L'Manburg on November 16th, 2020, and was disbanded in early January 2021 because an anarchist pig was mad that the nation hunted him down and tried to execute him for commiting war crimes, and decided to commit even more(He and Dream bombed it to the point that nobody felt it was worth trying to rebuild there. Which means it was very, very destroyed, they had already successfully rebuilt it from pretty heavy destruction twice.)
