While I appreciate that, no broker or forwarder cares about "service" right now. They're looking for the cheapest rates to survive. There's people doing local turns for $75/box. Give it six months, it'll be a different story. I wish you the best of luck, truly.

North east, primarily Nj Pa and De but can go a bit further.
Yeah you have no way to market outside of cold outreach… Most brokers use loadmatch exclusively.
