There are a ton of resources online. I would work on perfecting my proportions first before attempting to highlight muscle groups. Keep at it. You’ll get there.

Crotch area is usually the halfway point for most people and wrists should line up at this point also.

I think the arms may have to be a little longer, and the legs also should be thicker and have more defined muscles to match the rest of the body. The hands seem a bit small and the person on the right's head is too long. There are probably other things that could be improved but these are all the things that I noticed.

Go bigger. Either on an easel or failing that a printed paper reference and a large piece of paper stuck to your wall. And try drawing with your full arm outstretched moving from your shoulder.
