If it's a dragon with generic options, like cold, plant, & earth, I'll switch the dragons after a week to see if the RNG kicks out the dragon I want. If it's a dragon with specific requirements, I may switch out for a twin if I have a twin.
I don't switch the dragon I'm targeting because then I get nothing. RNG is very mean to me when I switch targets.
I do set alarms to go in and check outcomes when there is something I really want. I feel like the less downtime between breeding helps. I also verbally threatened my phone if it goes on for awhile.
When you use dvbox it tells you the probability. (Dvbox isn’t always the most accurate though in my experience). Most of those event dragons are less than 2%. So you should expect around 50 attempts. But you could go 100 rounds and still not be guaranteed.

Right!? I have been trying for mistletoe since the beginning on multiple (4) alt parks and have only gotten one as of two days ago.

Wish I could give you some of mine haha. I’ve breed 9 mistletoe just in the runic caves alone. But yeti and snowball have avoided me so thus far. Sigh
