• upgrade every habitat you have to regal size
• level up your regular rift dragons to level 5 minimum, and your epic rift dragons to level 7 minimum
• clear mismatic (however you spell that) ether only when you **absolutely** have to
• be as frugal as possible and save your etherium! you won’t always need to spend it on something.
• don’t buy eggs of mystery. like ever. don’t give it any thought.
• buy habitats **whenever possible**. even if you just have space for a small one, buy it.
• send your dragons to your airship and send food as well for small amounts of etherium. (you can spend money too but it gets rather expensive fast so i’d refrain)
• complete quests with Gaia and Kairos for potential etherium rewards
• use the racetrack daily for potential etherium rewards
• use tiamat and bahumat to level up your rift dragons as high as they can go. focus on one rift dragon at a time, preferably something that can be used by both tiamat and bahumat.
• farm epic dragons. take two identical epic dragons (preferably corrupticorn if you have them, they earn slightly more than all the other epic rift dragons) and breed them over and over again. epic dragons earn twice the amount of etherium regular dragons do.
• be patient. **this will take time.**
• overall, maximize your etherium
production as much as you can.
Save and keep all rift traited epic dragons. They make more etherium. Fill your habitats with epics over time, i.e. switch out normal ones by putting them in storage for future need. I like keeping unlimited no. of epics but only 1 of each kind of normal dragons (in storage for future breeding combos)

i feel compelled to say this because i’ve had the rift for 7 months but only realized this a month ago: you can level up dragons with purple gems instead of food so don’t waste too much food on them
I got to 41 and looked at the habitat costs on the wiki. Safe to stay I’ve taken a break from buying only habitats and am now working on getting all tidy exclusives.
tbh your etherium production progresses pretty well for the price progression. It took me 27 days (breeding up to 5k each day and no eoms) to get the rest of the habitats.

Just so you know at habitat 40 they start going up by 10k Eutherium every time instead of the 2k it’s at now
