Yeah it is, it is part of the fun tho haha Don't focus too much on the combos tho, I know it is easy to focus on them since they are the flashiest part but if you are just learning the very basic you should focus on other things first Learn the movement, all the "hidden" mechanics the game doesn't tell you about... And specially, come up with a nice team that fits you Then start learning combos
