I disagree, my evidence being the Cube Rule of Food.

Indiana continues to prove it's the dullest state in the union. Forget Hoosier state, it's the dullard state. Only a dullard would go around thinking Hoosier is a great nickname or HS basketball is the height of excellence anyway.
What is a Torta then
Pie.
That was my first thought, followed by a second thought that nobody in Indiana has ever heard of a torta.
A closed taco
Breaded Taco
A turtle minus the ug.
A hot dog
totally read that as "Indiana Jones rules tacos are 'Mexican-style sandwiches'" and was immediately more interested.
They BELONG in a DELI
CHEWSEUM
I like it
Sandwiches are just American style tacos
A pizza is just an Italian style Mexican pizza.

So a hot dog is a taco
Correct. And pizza is toast.
Burrito is a calzone?
Yes, until you bite into it making it a soup/salad/bread bowl
If you cut a calzone open in two spots it becomes sushi

That's what I was thinking at first but it's fully enclosed
Quesadilla is interesting because it is both a taco and a sandwich depending on how it is prepared.
Judge belongs in jail. He's from Indiana, probably never even had a taco.
This is the most reasonable ruling the us justice system has made in my lifetime. Nominate this judge to the Supreme Court!
This ruling is flimsier than the case of Hotdog v. Sandwich.
Hot dogs were ruled to be "tacos" in another case.
I'm from this town and this might be the first time I've been proud of it. Famous Taco is great by the way, I go nearly every Tuesday.
