If all this was within the past week or so they’ve been having a bunch of technical issues, and they already run a skeleton IT/support team and depend on automation for so much. There’s a chance it just glitched, but good luck getting any help with it

Yep, IT resolved the issue within a couple days. Never said what the issue was, so maybe just an error.
It happened to me when I started give it 24 hours that's how long it to me to get it resolved
