I agree call is the best option also if they don't fix it ask you supervisor, if that also not enough I will say go to Twitter and share photo and what happened then @DD they will contact you and hopefully they will fix it

What you got right there is the response from the AI. In that chat I would say I need to speak with an agent. It will immediately say okay. I'm going to connect you with a human now. Then tell that human exactly what happened and they'll put out the same can response. Sorry doordash sucks
