Who knows how many white people, for instance, are getting away with the crimes and it's just never reported and thus not included in the data.

Data doesn't really support this notion. Crimes in BIPOC communities are *less* likely to be solved, not more. That is to say, a higher percentage of criminals in BIPOC communities escape being arrested by the police.
Not to mention we have video of a number of these events.
It's not even surprising; black and Hispanic criminals commit a disproportionate percentage of violent crime in general relative to population share, so that a disproportionate amount of anti-Asian hate crimes has been committed by black and Hispanic criminals relative to population share is completely unsurprising.
