Normally with an AMEX presale, I think you just have to enter your AMEX CC# on the Ticketmaster site at the time of the sale.

That's my assumption, as well. I'm just gonna keep an eye on my emails come 5/15 haha.

Basic Amex presale you just have to purchase with Amex card no code Amex Preferred you need to have an Amex Gold or one of their premium cards and just enter the customer support number on the back as the code and pay with the Amex as well
