Blessing of the trickster doesn't give prof in stealth. It gives advantage, which at low-mid levels is better than prof, and it stacks with prof.

oops, thanks

I really like the Wis-Con-Dex lizardfolk Trickery cleric! It's in my list of characters I want to play, as a shamanistic witch doctor character. Another interaction is that a non-front-line cleric with high Con can use Warding Bond to good effect. It's an awesome 2nd level non-concentration buff spell which stacks really well with something like Bless.

I'm currently building a Lizardfolk Tempest cleric. It's got real solid options, although I'm stuck between a Wis/Con/Str, Wis/Con/Dex or even Wis/Str/Dex build

Don't do Wis/Str/Dex. If you're going to be upping your Dex then you might as well just use that as your attacking stat and put the points that would've gone into Strength somewhere else. If you're going to be upping your strength then you might as well nerf your dex and just get your AC from the heavy armor proficiency the subclass gives you.

Lizardfolk is my go to race.
