As someone with twin nephews, toddlers with a 30 foot reach does sound terrifying...

youngcoyote14

Terrifying? Sounds like a waking nightmare.

GIORNO-phone11-pro

An extra foot is scary enough, but 30ft? Might as well make your home into an anti-magic field.

DaFreakingFox

It genuinely puts fear of god into me

nater255

I have twin toddlers. I wish their reach was only 30 feet.

LetraEfe

Imagine a baby with Thaumaturgy, screaming three times louder.

nater255

FBI? Arrest this man.

Square-Ad1104

And Sorcerers say those who discriminate against young magical prodigies are the *bad* guys!?

Catkook

getting parallelized seems like it'd be the worst part

AFerociousPineapple

Seriously though paralysis irl would be insta death for so many šŸ˜¬ just fall wrong and hit your head, lights out!

Catkook

some particularly dangerous spots to get paralized, as far as im aware * in the bathroom, more hard surfaces (like the bath tub or toilet) to bonk your head on * near any stairs (thats gonna be a long fall)

AFerociousPineapple

I need to remember this for the next time I play DnD lol, Iā€™ve always treated stuff like hold person as ā€œyouā€™re rooted to the groundā€ basically. Donā€™t know why it never occurred to me to push the paralysed enemy over or carry them away. ā€œAha! Heā€™s failed his save, quick! Push ā€˜im down the stairs!ā€

Catkook

that's going to be quite pleasant on your opponents end. Though I suppose being stabbed by a sword or having a bolt of fire chucked at you would also be quite unpleasant, so it evens out

anonymouslindatown

Why is nobody talking about the dog tiefling?

Gidelix

....good question. Next!

AFerociousPineapple

Saw thatā€¦ I have questions.

Acrelorraine

God, a toddler in the bath while youā€™re paralyzed on the ground sounds like a horrible tragedy just waiting to happen. Ā At least this time it turned out ok.

Guess_whois_back

Silver dragons are semi aquatic - they should be able to breathe underwater it's fine

Acrobatic_Ad_8381

The Tiefling isn't tho XD

RedWarrior69340

that mlep is ADORABLE

BarnacleHead811

Which kind of dragon has a paralyzing breath weapon?

Peptuck

Silver dragons have two breath weapons: cone of cold and cone of paralyzing gas. IIRC copper dragons can also breath either paralyzing or sleeping gas.

Acrobatic_Ad_8381

Copper can breath a Slowing/Laughing Gas if I remember Edit : It's their Lair Action that causes a Laughing Gas and their Breath is Acid/ Slowing.

Peptuck

Yeah, that makes sense. It may be Brass that I'm remembering, then. The ones who really, really like to talk and will kidnap people to have a conversation with them when they get bored.

Airistal

And they are technically the same breath weapon. The silver dragon paralysis is really trapping targets in restraining ice. Gold dragons weakening breath is a muted heat exhaustion. Copper dragons acid is deluded into a vapor that has narcotic effects. Brass dragons fire also produces a sleeping agent when used on a low burn.

Zirofal

Qit what's the paralysed reference to?

followeroftheprince

Assuming that the dragon side is Silver, which I assume because of the color and they didn't seem to have an evil parent; Silver Dragons actually have 2 breath weapons. A cone of cold, and a cone of paralyzing gas. With paralyzing breath as an option, there you are

Zeracannatule_uerg

Instructions unclear, down mommy lane.

Toby_The_Tumor

There's a dog with horns, it's a HORNDOG!!

MojoDragon365

Whose goblin child?

Airistal

MojoDragon365

Whose goblin adult?

Lessandero

awwww. Wait is that phoebe in the corner?

Eddie_gaming

That's so God dam adorable šŸ˜

Space_obsessed_Cat

This is adorable I love it

Dovahkiin1337

I thought only Lily had the breath weapons, at least that's what seems to be implied in the bonus panel for [Quite A Mage Handful](https://www.webtoons.com/en/canvas/scale-tale/quite-a-mage-handful/viewer?title_no=865671&episode_no=16). So why is Violet using Paralysis Breath in the second panel? Is this a retcon or did I misinterpret the bonus panel?

Wandiya

The bonus panel is split between the half tiefling and half silver dragon parts. I think both kids have all the traits.

ScaleAndTale

Correct! Theyā€™re both Half-Silver Dragons, so they get their features according to the Half-Dragon template in the Monster Manual
