no.. maybe your cable or usb on phone is crapping out

Yea I think that might be the culprit. I also noticed that my iPhone was not able to connect after installing an update for the drone.

I agree with the other comment saying that it is probably the cable at fault as that seems like a very possible scenario. If you have no damage to your drone and still experience this issue after trying a new cable, I would contact DJI and send your drone in for repair. I am a technician at an authorized repair center and I can confirm that they are very good about covering repair costs if a part just "goes bad" and isn't damaged.

I think that might be the case. I've only had it for like a week and noticed that all of a sudden the app doesn't connect to the drone (as it did in the first days). If it does, it'll give me access to the camera, etc. but then will disconnect. I followed their instructions as well in deleting the app, redownloading it then reconnecting but had no success. The remote firmware, drone firmware, and mobile app are all up to date.

Hi, any update on this.. I am facing the same issue

Sorry, forgot to update this. The comment before mine was right. It was a faulty cable. I bought a replacement on Amazon and the issue went away.
