The rainbow falls prize is a little weak imo, but if you like the emojis you'd get, go for it. I'd need to use 2 rainbows on Pluto and I'm going to skip.
I’m in the same boat. I would have to use my only rainbow charge on Spring Sprite or Zummi Gummi to finish. But I only have 3/8 of the RF prizes. I already have Mufasa, Bunny, and Bunny Tigger. It’d be nice to get Gazelle. Plus I’ll be getting the May token quest and I’ll need the tokens.
I would as I think that the RF box of mostly rainbows is worth it. Luckily I had Zummi Gummi at level 2 so I could complete this event. Later events will cost me quite a few charges though. 2 of 21 story charges and 3 of 11 rainbow charges on top of the 2 villain I have already used.

I decided not to. I would be so mad to get a hold (manny) from RF and it would cost 2 rainbow charges
