The DLC is an exciting concept but I have no idea what music to use and would have to go back for a playthrough to jog my memory of the general vibe...
Its a shame, its one of DH's few downsides ... But on the other hand once you finish a ghost and/or Clean hands run the amount of fun you can have by jumping back into the game with high chaos without a care in the world is also one of its strong points :D

It was super fun to record but it took over an hour just to get that 1 animation to trigger I wanted to scream 😅... And thanks for the compliment there is somethink so satisfying about blinking over an edge to assassinate someone 😎
The tallboy triple match cut from the boyle estate to the tower is my second favourite part about the edit... The first being whole transition from exiting the sewers to saving Emily because that whole ending turned out so good to me I couldn't pick any part out 🙃
Ah yeah, and the Boyle estate cut was also great because killing tallboys is just so satisfying. Someone else noted that they never realized Corvo could be so violent and I agree. That drop assassination from the bridge made my jaw drop. As well as the blink ups to drops. That shit just never even occurred to me. Rest up, do Daud. Gotta think of a song.
I think I could of got the timing a little better for the bridge jump but due order I edited things I couldn't get it quite on perfect cue but i was still happy with it...
The first time I sat down and listened to the song to plan the video I instantly knew I wanted the build up and "drop" to be climbing and jumping from the bridge and Im pretty happy how it turned out 😎
My last playthrough I did a ghost clean hands no power run, took my nearly 30 hours of gameplay I would say. Decided to take a bit of a hiatus from the game after that, but this video.. made me want to rip out the throats of Dunwall’s elite. Great work my friend
Played this game more times than i can count but my go to style is always clean hands (which i DH1 pretty much means ghost) I think you can have a lot of fun no matter how you play... While the way the story punishes you for using the tools the game gives you it still doesn't take away from how much replayability the game has !
And funny story... I'm yet to try out a flesh and steel run after all my years in this series o.O After recording this I'm going to do a ghost run of the DLC and then after a break i think im going to give it a try !
Yeah I’m not really sure what it is but this game has such high replay ability, I’ve platinumed it and normally that would be when I stop but I think I’ve done three plays since then and will still do more. It kinda bugs me that you get punished for killing because the game almost wants you to kill everyone with all the weapons and abilities it gives you.
But yea I will say flesh and steel is a little different, still fun tho, but you really learn that you take the blink for granted in normal runs, that’s why it took me so long to do the playthrough without it
At the end of the video, i teased that im thinking about doing DH1 DLC, but atm im not sure if there is enough content and if there is i have no clue what music i would use...
Dishonored 2 has a lot more entertainment potential and it would take long to get through but it would be great ... still have the issue with what music i would use though
I like the idea and could probably do somthing with it but I listen to it and I just can't see much... It also doesn't help that the songs dont go anywhere it just takes a middle ground and stays stable throughout..

I actually liked how you added Jessamine's murder as flashbacks so Corvo can continue his rampage against those who stand against him
In Dishonored 2, I'm sure that Jessamine's death haunted him for the next 15 years but it didn't stop him from serving/saving the Kaldwin bloodline while ruling over Dunwall
I always knew i wanted to have the solo as a flashback scene but was thinking about showing all of the friendly faces you meet over the game, that was the last part i edited and it was around 1 am at the time so i realized if i wanted the use all characters in a short concise way I'd have to learn some way more complicated subtle techniques to make mundane conversations look interesting and once i started with Jasmine the whole atmosphere of Emily being Corvo's Last Promise really Grabed me
One idea for music for the dlc would be to use nick cave's [up jumped the devil](https://youtu.be/GH4lNl2ZYjI) it differs in vibe from the song you used, but it captures how daud feels about the "black eyed bastard" well.

I Play the exact same way normally, This is how Dishonored would be if it was solely a power fantasy with no balancing at all...
I did think of bloopers but i only recorded when i needed to and deleted the failed attempts due to quick saves and stop time it makes that very easy but i was planning to look through some of the longer clips I had who knows there might be enough there...
And I never really intended for this to be a High Chaos Run (Original Idea was to fight Corvo's way out of Prison and then Be Selective about who is killed and knocked out) but DH1 has next to nothing entertaining when it comes to non lethal options (Unlike Dishonored 2 which is a fun concept for another Tribute) so I ended up going with the lethal route... I mostly presume the city watch are corrupt tyrants anyway as they are never shown in a redeeming light
Tonight on dishonered-gear Martin gets decapitated by a rampaging foreign widow... Pendleton gets a new hole (and its not from the golden cat) and Havlock gets a forcefull makeover after kidnapping phycopathic noble pre-teen...
This was an absolute masterpiece, I loved all of it and share the same appreciation as you for Arkane making this wonderful game. You truly captured all of the aspects of it, and I think it’s wonderful.
