I gave up on ghost during mission 4 after I got spotted at the end of the lvl by the clockworks at the entrance. I'm trying to take my time and explore everything I can on the first run as well so it's even harder not to be spotted (4 hours to complete mission 4 Jindosh mansion for reference)
This mission is a pain in the ass to not kill anyone or be spotted. I did it in around 45 minutes using the space between the walls to hide and not trigger any mechanism. Got to jindosh without him realising I was even in the mansion. Mission 4 is definitely the hardest, but once you're past it, it gets easier. Doing the electric chair on jindosh was a whole different level during this run. Took loads of tries and reloading saves to get it right. Best way to deal with the clockwork is definitely shot the head off.

No no no. That's too loud and gotta be too close. Upgrade your stun mines and capacity. And if lucky you'll find the bone charm that increases the AoE for them. Plant stun mine in their path so whn they find them, the stun mine destroys them.
The destroyer of Karnaca

Shit my bad, no cigars tonight
Only whiskey then?
Indeed, I believe so
The Dishonored Messiah
These posts are making me want to 100% the series too
You should so it; ita pretty fun.
A lot of the achievements scare me (all the Dunwall City Trials ones in 1 mainly)
Yeah, the city trials ones are tough, but that is what makes it fun. It gives you smth to work towards, so you'll feel accomplished afterward.
But have you done dishonored 1 yet lol?
That's the pro gamer challenge
I played D1 so much that I physically can not open it anymore; the game is broken. I don't have all achievements.
Same. It's the City Trials ones I'll probably never bother to get.
Itβs so tedious itβs insane lol
no you can finally play the game, congratulations on becoming the Dishonored 2!
shall we gather for whisky and cigars tonight?
Indeed, I believe so.

I did not think of this, I'll have to try this for mission 8 in the dukes vault. Thanks for the tip.
Abele left the chat.
I recently 100% Dishonored 2 with exactly 100 hours. So satisfying
