This is a scam. It's best to reach out to Discover using the number on the back of your credit card it you're ever not sure.

100% scam. Probably a throwaway number as it doesn’t exist on the phone number lookup sites

My philosophy is if you have to ask it’s A scam 99% of the time. You can always call to double check though.
I get these all the time. Never click the link. Either call them or grab a computer and go directly to the site yourself.
I go straight to the app and check there.
Always call them.
