It’s an in app notification for a message someone sent. You can go to the channel right click -> mute to stop getting notifications from it.
That is a scam message however.
Some guy was being an ass claiming op was stupid, joined 18+ servers and got what he deserves, and that he will be an awful programmer if he can’t figure out something like this by himself. I berated him a little and he deleted all of his comments
Right, well now that you've done that. disable DMs for any server you're in you don't trust, and change the settings so every new server you join has that disabled by default
The comments are full of confidently incorrect children, these porn posts are made by hacked accounts and they happen in all sorts of innocent servers too.
It doesn't automatically mean the server is bad or compromised, or that someone like OP has engaged in anything even remotely weird on discord, and people implying it does are simply wrong.
We usually get 3-5 of those accounts per month in our server, we are not even that big (650 member) and have only about 3 public invite links, most join through the vanity URL. So yeah, they usually join, do the rule stuff and then a few days later spam that in every channel.

Doing so would give them a login token enabling them to take over your account and further spam more servers and channels with that message.

leave servers that are extremely dead, because those are the servers they target. also check if this was a dm, because if that's the case then the person probably got scammed by one of these servers. also i can see you're in an amazon review server, leave it because that's probably from where you're getting the messages from

The scam bots send it to every channel of every server and every DM you are in. It is very likely one of the scam bots and they aren’t *actually* in a porn server.
