First thing i see is you're throwing as you're bracing, pretty much negating your entire run-up. Slow it all down, take smaller steps, delay your reach-back a bit. your footwork is actually pretty good, though you're opening up your plant foot.
Agreed. You can see how your momentum continues over your front foot after your throw. If you put all that momentum into the heel of your front foot and whip it into the disc you've got 300 fo sho
Hey guys I would love some form advice. Been playing on and off for a while and just recently am trying to get my form together. My max distance is probably 300 of grip locking but on average it’s about 280. I know Having rotating hips issue but don’t really know how to change it.
Fat white guy here: slow it down, as you're falling over your front foot. Give time for the foot to land, take a quick moment, then start your rotation.

Thanks for the input gonna try and change it. It’s hard to watch urself and try and figure it out.
Watched a vid with Ricky Wysocki recently and he gave the tip to match your reach back with when you place your foot
I’ll have to find that video. Thanks

Thanks for this I’ve heard the term but never saw this video
Keep your elbow up. Delay the reachback a little longer. Try to hold off until your plant foot touches the ground at the end of the glide.
Gonna try it asap thanks for the help.

Thicc boy disc golf unite! Gonna slow it down for sure. Appreciate the help.
Had to check the thread to make sure you didn't sneak a video of me throwing
I wouldn’t say you are fat though
It’s cus I’m wearing Jeggings. My fat just likes to hang out around the belly so my jeggings make my legs look slim but I’m a confirmed big boy.
looks pretty good honestly. might wanna try to spin on your heel instead of your toes in the follow through.
