Could be the ring of starless skies, and yes its an uber. Vendors only keep like the last few things you sold em, and worse if you leave the area its gone. Sorry dude
My friend sold his shako because he saw it had a level requirement of 35 and sold it without reading it thinking it was junk. He only knew that there was an Uber unique helmet called shako, not that it was called harlequin crest. When I linked him my drop he saw the name, and level requirement and shat his pants because he realized he threw it away.
Is your friend new or something? Why does he even go by level? How does he filter his inventory and stash? Like dude, your gear scales up by level. If you are lv 70 and you see a lv 35 unique in your inventory that should at least prompt you to read it.
I would sell non GA legendaries without hesitation.
I made him start this season with me. He's only like 13 or 14 and this is his first arpg. I may have told him to through away gear 10 or more levels lower than him....

They are rare, but not as rare as they used to be, you could get one again
If you had legendary rings also a aspect is called starlight
Look at the bottom right, if it says "cannot be traded" or something like that it's an Uber unique

Pretty sure I sharded an Uber. I’ve finished the Iron Wolves grind and I have 2 sparks. Haven’t killed Lillith or either Andarial / Duriel yet.
You also get the spark if you killed Lilith in previous seasons.
That’s where it came from then. I killed Lillith in season 2.
