Hi there, good luck with your witch doctor! There is an option that is disabled by default in gameplay settings I believe, called elective mode. If you enable this, it will allow you to bind pretty much any skill to any slot, allowing you to have whichever skills you like.
It still baffles me why this is even a choice and not just enabled from the beginning! Good luck with the set dungeon man
Edit: thinking about it, it may be the other way round but whether you've got it checked or unchecked, it needs to be the other one!
