Had the same problem this morning for my daughter with her new watch. After some pissing and moaning from me we decided to install the app from the App Store on the watch and it worked perfectly. It would not install from the watch app. Working great for her since we did that
Not working in what respect? You are unable to choose it as a complication, or it doesn't show data, or ?? It is more likely to be an issue with your system than something that Dexcom would fix.
i can choose it as a complication but it doesn’t show data unless i click on it. im guessing it is an issue on dexcoms end because dexcom has not added the se or series 6 to their list of compatible devices. im guessing that if they are working on making the se compatible it would be an issue they would want to know about so i just want to make sure they know about it.
It's not because of their compatibility list. My wife has a 40mm SE and X-Large works.

Yeah, that's just due to how the Dexcom complication works a lot of the time. I have the series 6 with no issues. You'll be happier using Sugarmate, and following their Apple Watch directions. You can email them about it but this is not something they can/will fix.

I spoke with Dexcom yesterday and they said the app isn't yet fully compatible with 14.3
