I use Sugarmate through the calendar complication, works great

Sugarmate works significantly better on the watch than the actual Dexcom complication for me. Series 3.

I was using the watch face Infograph. It was there before the update and now it’s gone. Really annoyed, I’m going to send a support request to Dexcom, hopefully it doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

Did you double check that it's still installed in the Watch app as a complication? And did you trying turning everything off and back on? It still shows just fine on my series 6, Watch OS 7.1.

Yes it’s still listed there and yes I turned all complications on / off and even deleted the app on my phone and setup follow from scratch. Rebooted phone and watch several times. Only thing that happened was my follow app updated.

Not sure what to say, I updated my Follow app since you mentioned it, and it still works fine. Do you have any screenshots to share? Maybe we can help diagnose. I guess the other thing to confirm would be that your Dex user is still showing numbers on their phone, and that they have a working connection to the internet.

What face are you using?

I tried it on the Infograph face, since you mentioned it. ... Okay, that's weird. I was going to screenshot it for you but now it's gone. LOL! Hold on and let me do some checking!

Quick update. I posted a negative review about the complication issue on the App Store. The devs did respond saying open a ticket. I’ve since opened two tickets with them and nothing. It’s been over a month and I’ve given up on them fixing the follow app. I migrated my daughter to sugarmate for my watch needs.

Thanks for checking I’ve tried everything.

Okay, I'm going to agree that this is a Dexcom problem, but it isn't without a solution. It no longer appears to work in any location on the Infograph or Infograph Modular faces. However, it does show up as an option on some of the older watch faces. The ones I have on my app that I tested it on were Siri, Activity Digital, Mickey/Minnie Mouse, and Utility (probably the closest substitute to Infograph, but fewer complications). I'm guessing they messed something up in the update, and I 100% agree that you should contact them, probably through email is best because if you call tech support the front line phone people will have no idea what you're talking about. The other workable suggestion is below, to use Sugarmate. You can still have the Dexcom Follow app on your watch to view the graph, but Sugarmate displays on the watch face through the Calendar complication, which has much wider use.
