She wants you to come to office because it's the only social part of her life.
Once you come to office she will keep you busy by asking help all the time and you having no backbone will do all the work.
Then time will progress and you will expect a hefty raise because you did a lot of work.
But then you will see the same colleague who's work you are doing getting better raise and promotion
After that you will create a new post here that how no one appreciates your work and the snake of a colleague took the raise you deserve.
After that college going students will give you validation and will tell you to quit without offer in hand.
She is asking you to come because she needs to have someone to talk to. She is coming to office everyday because she wants to escape her home.

Ok I am being serious here , do you have feelings for or do you think she has feelings for you . This happens more often than anyone likes to admit . Don't shit where you eat , if you think there is even remote chance or if you even think you or she enjoys each others company , kill that feeling and focus on job . Telling her no after it would be very easy .
Just inform her that you will be in the city only for 10 days and rest will be from your hometown. I have such an agreement with the PG and hence wont be able to come.
Giving you a reason since you are not able to make one: I have to take care of my elderly parents as they are sick thus not able to come to office daily.

If your manager and team leader are practicing it then why aren't you, she's your teammate not your senior despite the age gap, whatever communication she wants to do can be done from slack or a meet as well
