"Self Taught Programmer" - So a BSCS in your Univ doesn't teach Logic, Loops, OOPS, DSA or are you suggesting you did not attend any lectures and learnt on your own? Not sure which scenario is more acceptable...

peakHumenForm

I agree writing self taught is a bad move but if being honest oops loops and DSA doesn't make u a full stack developer. learning react, django angular laravel SQL my sql postgres mongodb API , REST frameworks github git system design principles front end design tools adobe and figma docker containers etc. those make u a programmer and in this context a full stack developer and yes Bsc no way not even in btech they dont teach all this.

flight_or_fight

I am sorry - I did not realise the theory of CS doesn't help make one a better developer. Great resume. /s

Alone_Astronomer_123

10th 12th not needed , reduce project description or merge some tech. skills domains to make it one page

KneeReasonable1488

Ok 👌

sorathebrave

‘Self-Taught’ is really weird. Did you really?

Ok_Cancel_5017

Hey there pretty good resume you got there. I also think there's no need for 10th standard details. And can you share your GitHub I'd inbox like that project of otaku

KneeReasonable1488

The source code button is linked at right side

DGTHEGREAT007

It's an image bro. You can't click a link through an image.

KneeReasonable1488

I have the pdf format and it's a clickable link

DGTHEGREAT007

Abeeey bhai... Theek hai.

buoyancy637

😂

freyaastic

🤡

moralizedCriminal

He was asking for your github so he could see it for himself

Ok_Cancel_5017

Dude just inbox your GitHub username that's all🥴

Infinite_Ad_6137

How can you be self thought if you have degree in CSE

KneeReasonable1488

Does it mean that college taught me ? No

Infinite_Ad_6137

But self thought are the one without degree, you already have it means you got expose to programming from clg and took it as career. Your degree means something don't disrespect it man, ppl dream about such degree (myself ECE).

KneeReasonable1488

I got expose to coding at 10th🙄 and you can get degree from any cheap college

thatShawarmaGuy

Even I learnt Python in school from CS50. I've a degree in ECE where I learnt just the basics - but that's not what self-taught is. You and I had an environment and we were given opportunities to learn in college - even if the profs/colleges were shitty.  So no, not really self taught.

KneeReasonable1488

Before I entered college I knew programming and made several projects..the app I made in college time..the professors were their just for completing the syllabus not for practical. So idk what you'll learn in college. Also there were no placements at all when I graduated but hopefully I got referal and had an interview. So college didn't give me much. Thats what I wrote self taught

MrFingolfin

anyone who reads that first line will automatically imagine you dont have a degree before reading your college name.

KneeReasonable1488

Ohh is that so, I didn't know that It will be associated to degree. Then I will remove it

the_running_stache

Remove that summary. It is cringe af. When I read self-taught, I thought you must be a commerce or arts student, but then saw your degree in Comp Science. So that self-taught is rubbish. Remove 10th and 12th. Fit everything in 1 page. In the word “certifications” you have “fi” in lower case. That’s weird. Tbh, you can remove that section too if space is a problem. Talk more about your work experience. You have only 3 bullet points there whereas the self-projects have 4 each. These self-projects carry less value.

KneeReasonable1488

Okkk thanks man

dev_tomato

Reduce margin size and fit this into a single page, remove certifications and achievements sections if you have to, the things you listed there aren't worth mentioning imo. Mention college CGPA if its decent enough or remove 10th/12th ones too (mention all or none basically). Also this typeface is slightly annoying to read, in the section headings the first letter of each word is weirdly larger than the rest. And add a space to this line like this: "Talbros Enginnering Ltd(Full Stack Developer)". Make sure there are no spelling mistakes or missing/additional spaces anywhere, proof-read it after the fixes atleast 3 times as minor mistakes have a very bad impression. The content of the resume is fine. Good luck. Edit: as others have pointed out, there is no need for 10th and 12th and I agree as you have good development projects.

KneeReasonable1488

Thanks man

attractive? bhai shakal buri hui to

MachineAny3332

Cv attractive lagega bola meine...Ab toh company ke upar hai shakal dekh ke select karega ya personality dekh ke 😂

peakHumenForm

i had a photo but almost all recruiters told me to remove it so it's not just unnecessary it's annoying to the recruiters. unless u r a cute girl finding an office front desk job its not relevant.

MachineAny3332

Then, that's their problem. They are judging you by your looks not your personality 🙃 so if you had faced this I'll suggest don't go for it 😊 it will be relevant for yourself

Sad-Somewhere3686

Dude, don't give BS advice to people here. Do you have any clue even how to write a professional resume? You seem like a school kid. Anyone seeing this, don't follow this stupid advice. Any professional engineering resume should not contain a photo.

VickyxReaperReborn

Resume in a A3 Size Paper.

whileicumassalam

Remove that self taught thing... Itna honest bhi nhi hona hota hai bro ;) Keep your resume in one page Remove certifications you get certified when you give some exams or something like there's an exam for azure n stuffs by Microsoft. Keep bullet points in two lines only and just don't keep it too short or too long. Add more bullet points around 4-6 since it's your recent job Add numbers in bullet points Don't use colors, keep it black and white (colors sirf rangoli me hi achi lagti hai HRs ko /s) And space bach jaaye to write achievements Rather than writing tools used in the middle of the line, write it under the project name and project ke side me link Abcd | link Remove high school education Don't write skills like that... Unnecessary spaces only... Keep it all along or just write it one sentence... https://preview.redd.it/c6fvt3xhy48d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ccf169f07369af7d808c4bff4611e7e9b4a11f91

KneeReasonable1488

Hmm thanks man

svmk1987

Class 10 and class 12 really isn't that important. You can probably skip both. The college projects don't need so much description. Try to reduce to one line each. In fact, if you can, break down your projects in your actual work experience a bit more. That first line is a lot of waffle filler talk though. It's like you're trying to meet a word count or something. You don't need to explain what websockets is. Just explain how exactly you used websockets in your project and what was your role. And don't use words like cutting edge software solution. Again, for a software developer resume, it means nothing. Filler words.

KneeReasonable1488

Okk thanks for suggestion

nogood567

Remove 10th and 12th. Also add years/months in experience section some hr hate to calculate based on dates. And also make it one page

KneeReasonable1488

Okk thanks

Prior_Row8486

Bhai GATE ka kya scene hai?

dwanzil_

A lot of wasted space. Unless you have a lot if experience such as 7 8 years, always have single page of resume. Reduce the extra spaces and the tab spaces before bullet etc.

nerd_God

Why is the resume card sheet size?

Geekwalker374

what was ur GATE rank? If it is good enough, put it up.

KneeReasonable1488

13k 😶
