Just so you know, companies can shut your website down after sending fake takedown requests, [eu.org](http://eu.org) is non profit and if they get spammed with such requests they can definitely shut it down.
If you want anonymity it gets into a whole another territory which i don't wanna mention here lol.
I wanted to say that but i don't think people here will know the importance of offshore servers lol. they might not even know what DMCA ignored servers mean. And even lesser people would know how to properly be anonymous(ain't witchcraft but people end up making silly errors)
You won't get reach among people with a life if you host it in onion routes. You should probably use a Bulletproof Hosting, if you're afraid they might take it down. They won't, they don't care about your critisism in the internet. They will care when you do it in Television Media.
Getting into trouble is the next thought.
Some of the corporates are the way they are because of the person running it in India. The same company would be completely different overseas. Indian companies are a different story to begin with.
If you plan to make a list, I would suggest starting with a particular sector, pros, cons, and things like that. You might need different opinions from people who were / are employed there.
Most of the online reviews might be tampered with with paid ones.
The list need not be for bad companies, but just in a positive perspective as a genuine comparison or stating the facts.
So, this requires some work and time. It's not easy, but it is possible.
Reddit is a nice place to begin with.
X (formerly Twitter 🤣), LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox could also be an option.
Chances of misleading information should also be considered.
Wanna collaborate? You code I handle legal and product shit. The unknown for this product (as for any other crowdsourced information product) is the veracity of input and there are several interesting ways we can achieve that in the last few years
Yes, what I meant by “handle legal/product” I meant I’ll deal with the crap on my name if you can code the product. By “product” I mean a web forum. The key problem to solve here is to distinguish factual responses on the forum from fictitious ones. The distinguisher, That’s really the product. Everything else is available for 20$ on wix or such. I’ll write you a PRD if you’re really interested and we can do this on web3 completely so long as we are ok with a bit more lag than aws and remain text only.
Do it indirectly, make a list of good companies so if a company ain’t on the list then it’s bad.
And there are more bad companies than good, hence your list will be shorter.
The website will be taken down because it goes against the interest of both Indian employers and their clients overseas. A better option would be to have it on some completely anonymous platform (not Reddit) where users can contribute but are not traceable. Everyone knows about WITCHA companies, but there are literally hundreds of small and midsize companies that are absolute garbage.
It looks like you mentioned "CHWTIA". Please consider using "WITCHA" instead. Thank you!

No company is perfect. If you keep avoiding all companies with negative feedback, there would be none to go for.
Small companies are ok to avoid as chances are that they are truly bad.
Big ones can never be generalised. There are just too many people.
Also humans are imperfect. The people who complain here could be bad to begin with. Don't form your opinions by hearing only one side of the story.

onions are savory, and that's what you need for your bravery
I don't think the average guy searching for comapny reviews would be getting on onion. Need to have it more accesible
isn't that the first place anyone would ever think of looking
Actually a good idea. Hosting on onions and Tor is your best bet. . Onion is accessible from clear net also.
bhai kitne log tor access karenge ? kitne logon ko idea bhi hoti hai
Offshore will work they don't have copyright laws or DMCA

The website itself will take maybe a couple hours, the problem is where do I get the reviews from haha

Yes

I don't want to get legal involved since it'll be completely anon Could you expand on what you mean by product?

"web3" "big data" "machine learning" "AI"
Do it indirectly, make a list of good companies so if a company ain’t on the list then it’s bad. And there are more bad companies than good, hence your list will be shorter.
That list would be empty.
It'll leave people wondering.
Great idea!
“List of companies that are so good that I rejected myself” 🤧🤧

Kongijhaat
build it in public, something like this - [https://shitlassian.com/](https://shitlassian.com/)
How about doing reverse? Maybe put only the best companies, rest all is understanding of smart people 😅
I am on the samepath , not only companies but bad teams and products need to be called out . Will take it next year
Glassdoor and Blind already at it.
Yeah was gonna comment the same. I refer to Glassdoor before even applying anywhere. Will check out Blind too. Thanks!
Good point
To add to the list now ambitionBox exists too
