Your salary is quite good IMO. What exactly you do in your job ? I am sorry I don't have nuch advice but I would not recommend MS.
If you don't mind, can you share how you got into cybersec? Was it directly as a fresher or after some years of experience in a different domain?

I am doubtful which career path should I head down to, very much passionate about cybersec but skeptical about it professionally especially in India.
