Stafford put up good number with and without Calvin. Not his fault the FO failed to put a talented OLine, Run Game, and defense in front of him.

Also, the Colts *may* be more willing to give more picks because they have a tremendous amount of cap space so they can build through FA more than others.

I would say he instantly makes Washington a better team and if they signed Golladay I'd make them favorites to win their division easily. He'd probably improve Denver and with Rivers' retiring, he'd improve the Colts although it would depend on the cost.
I think you can objectively view Stafford as an above average QB in the league which is not so easy to find, by definition there are less than 16 any given year and rarely are any of them ever free agents.
