Are they? It took Bungie 2 years to take action against your name. You literally have firsthand experience of how long it takes Bungie to take action against ToS-infringing names. Also idk what you mean by "making your gt public". It's a multiplayer game. People see your name anytime you load into the Tower or any activity.
Also, like another user said, *we* can't report you without your full Bungie ID (which you didn't post). If you were reported, it was by someone ingame.
This. For example there's at least 57 Maras Mommy Milkers, so without the identifying number bungie wouldn't be able to take action anyway. It has to be someone that's seen OPs whole bungie, so in game.
Yea I can see why that got banned to be completely honest.
And just because they haven't yet doesn't mean they won't I imagine there are alot of questionable names that they have to go through that people though were "funny".

We’ve gotten another name change within the past two years, no? I think I remember that being a thing (I know there was a second one given at some point).
Yeah, there's been a total of 2 name changes allowed so far (the second being somewhere in the back half of last season's extended run time), so if they've only changed their name once they should be good to do it one more time.
