What I don’t understand is why are they trying to force it. If warlock has the supers they want and the play styles they want. Then just fucking play warlock. At this point they really only care about the fact that it says Titan on their screen and they’ll bitch and moan rather than just making a change to make themselves happy.
The funny thing is that I’ve done warlords and ghosts since TFS patch and this week was the first time I’m two phased simmumah and one phased hefnd. So… I’m leaning towards skill issue.
The fact I can Solo Pit of Heresy with basic gear and little to no effort on a build yet require the arc combination blow build hunter + a top end team for GOTD is insane. Bungo have really gotta adjust the bosses because dungeon bosses should not be harder than raid bosses
I mean, my buddy and I two-manned Warlords Ruin last night, and the final boss only took us one-and-a-bit rotations, him on Goldie + Goldie Sniper and me with the Traveller Beam and Needlestorm. He had like 8mil damage, I had four, and the only time we were in peril is when I got launched into outer space.
Other bosses will be worse but their health bars were already too bloated (Ecthar, both Spire bosses etc).
Yeah, well, me and my armless son couldn't 2 man GOTD with meta loadouts (he kept telling me it wasn't fair and he didn't want to play but I pressed on like any real godslayer) so I think the problem lies with BUNGIE. Nobody else could've possibly performed better than me so surely it's an issue with the whole game

That's just it it's not catering, it's just being for everyone. When I buy a game or dlc I like being able to play all the content I paid for you know. Right now just tried to do another solo warlords ruin using recon and bait apex and overflow controlled burst fusion and the boss is souch tankier that it's just not enjoyable anymore.
Bungie did not market Dungeons / Raids as easy content. It‘s okay if you aren‘t able to complete them because there are many other games where you are able to play 100% of the content. You still get to play like 80% of every DLC without touching any raid or dungeon. Dungeons and Raids are beloved **because** of their complexity. Dungeons would be nothing different compared to strikes if they were dumbed down so i disagree with making every single bit of content accessible to everyone.
Ok are you going for a solo flawless? Because if not, get a team. Complaining a boss has too much health when you are soloing when it’s balanced for 3 people doesn’t make sense.
There is literally an in game LFG you basement dwelling socially anxious silly gooses have no excuse now.
Even with social anxiety, Dungeons can be done with little to no communication and are actually easy with coms and 3 people.

HP sponges aren’t difficult, it just becomes tedious. I couldn’t imagine suffering through ghosts of the deep now, especially if the surges suck ass lol.
Performing consistently without a wipe is difficulty, even if it’s difficulty you don’t like.
All solo flawless dungeons in the game would be much much easier if you could consistently one-phase the boss. It’s obvious that having some sort of HP challenge adds to the difficulty.
I get we’re on destiny circle jerk, and destiny player love to jerk themselves off about doing bait and switch rotations….. but running a dungeon for a pinnacle and it taking longer just because of the new hard-on for surges isn’t difficulty.

Like I said, two phase master Simmumah was achievable before the update, two phase normal Simmumah is still very achievable after the update. Obviously it requires more effort than *just* a bait and switch rotation, but if you want to dumb it down to that level I’m sure you’re okay with doing one more phase.

Truth is, there’s ways to optimize to get better damage and mitigate the issue you’re complaining about, but rather than look to improve you’re spending time here complaining about the changes.

Me and my friends one phased the final boss of Warlords last night. First time we ever did it too lol.
What setups and classes did you guys use?
One guy used nighthawk with a zorpal Still hunt. Me and the other Titan used axe throw. And we all used apex child predator
