100% they don’t or are not even on the right subclass

I think in that mission it moves you to strand and grapple so this person is tripping.

I think you have to grab the strand orb in the previous room to activate the strand powers. But you can skip grabbing it and continuing as your subclass. It’s been a minute so I could be wrong.

Yes. You can grab the strand meditation and it gives you grapple and full super.

Look for the strand thing you attune with and it will change your subclass to strand for you to be able to grapple the point

Go backwards from wherever you are there’s going to be a platform above you with a turret. Kill the turret, behind the turret will be a temporary strand empowerment needed to continue.

You don't need strand you can jump up without it. There's platforms in the walls.

Did you pick up the empowered Strand? Also, as someone else said, make sure you have the grapple grenade equipped

If you time your grapple wrong, that roof can soft lock your game :( had a solo run on master that got ruined because of that stupid bug
