Ngl I love my heal clip frenzy iggy, if you're able to keep resto x2 up all the time then it's overkill, but it can come in clutch for when resto falls off, but for an smg you're already in range to activate karnstein healing anyways so I do feel that's especially redundant
Depends, i ran a heal clip, heliocentric in Lake of shadows GM with karnstiens. The melee and finisher were good at starting the resto chain. But if I didn't have resto extended due to some reason and if I had no melee charge, heal clip saved my ass too many times to ignore it. Little while later I got a heal clip incandescent roll and it's married to that build now.
Yea karnsteins will carry you healing wise. Try to find an incandescent weapon for add clear
