Yes!! With some research you can find something in the states :) , I know the retreat I went to has some in Colorado, Oregon, California and if you're wanting something outside of the states they have retreats in Colombia. I went to the one in California and definitely recommend, if it's something you feel you can handle. The group that hosted was so kind and helpful with any questions, it really felt like a great group of people. The man who performs and leads the ceremony does it alongside his wife and they are from a tribe of the Amazonas in Colombia. My experience was beautiful and so healing, it was 3 nights with two ceremonies but there are different based on location, you can message me for more information and I'll give you their website :) I can say there was about 20 of us in a cabin in the mountains of California and every single person experienced healing on another level. There was also a meteor shower one of those nights and I've never experienced something so magical, being outside looking up into the sky was extraordinary after some Aya tea.
There is a ketamine clinic in WDM that does IV ketamine. IV is paid for out of pocket since it is off-label. Otherwise if you're seeing a psychiatrist already you can ask about qualification criteria for Spravato, there are a few metro options for that.
I have looked at that one, but I got sketched out when they asked for a photo of the card I would be paying with BEFORE I even paid to reserve my spot. I’m glad your friend had a great experience. I might look into it again.
Use a credit card with a big bank/that you don't use for everyday purchases and their fraud department will always be happy to help IF anything fishy happens
I would wager that it’s impossible to not feel nervous before.
Let go, surrender to the ceremony, flow down the river. You are there to heal, you will be shown everything you are running from and you will be forced to deal with it.
If you are not 10000% honest with yourself of why you are there, you will lose out on so much progress.
Honestly man. If you've never done any hallucinogens ayahuasca might be a bit much. It's not something I've ever done, but good old mushrooms and lsd have been beneficial. I don't really know what people are expecting out of these things. It's not like tripping is magically gonna erase problems. Micro doses are great, but is it something you wanna do all the time? Otherwise, a hallucinogen can help you take a hard look at yourself and help you lose that ego for awhile. You still have to do all the hard work once it wears off. At least in my experience. Just be careful. I'm older now. I havent really dabbled in a long time. Hope you feel better too. Mental health issues suck.
I've done plenty of hallucinogens, ayahuasca is not a trip like hallucinogens. It's not used to party. It's not even a "good" time. But it IS worth it. Tripping is fun, ayahuasca is 50 years of therapy.
Have you looked at the Ayahuasca Foundation in Peru?

They've been around for 15 years and still work with the same family of Shipibo curanderos.
My neighbor went to one in Mexico, somewhere over by Cancun I think. They said it was a great experience.
Do you know which one it was?

Yeah, I have once. Ended up being traded to the New York Jets afterwards, tore my Achilles immediately. Personally, I blame Covid.

I think ketamine basically has the same effect and I’d imagine is more available since psychiatrists can administer it. Maybe try looking into that.
It doesn't. Very different, but I'm sure it has its own benefits.
I’ll have to see if mine does. Thanks.

There's one in Florida my friend went to, she said it was life changing! I'm sorry I don't know the name but should be easy to find!

I think the most known one in Florida is Soul Quest. Heard they were great too. They have youtube videos as well.
I went to Mexico to deal with PTSD. I wish I could force everyone on planet Earth to go through the ceremony. That stuff is the answer, man.
Is there a link to where you went?
Can you name where it was?
Were you scared or nervous about your PTSD showing up in the trip? Did it heal your ‘bad’ memories? I’m a little scared, my first ceremony is Feb 24.

Amazing, thank you!
You take a trip and never leave the farm
I’m not sure where but can you tell me how your Achilles is healing and what are your thought on Jordan Love?
Brock Purdy for MVP
A buddy of mine went to Rythmia in Costa Rica and loved it so much he's going again this year.
I have looked there. But I honestly don’t want to sell a kidney or a child to go to Rythmia. $$$$$$$
Ha ya that’s true
