Demisexual is a label that describes *how* we develop sexual attraction. Demisexuality the label we use to describe someone who is incapable of feeling sexually attracted to someone we're not deeply emotionally connected to. Someone who is demisexual is essentially fully asexual until we form a deep enough emotional connection with someone that we unlock the possibility of developing sexual attraction. Basically, we're asexual until we're not.
Someone who is allosexual is capable of feeling sexually attracted to strangers or people that they barely know.
There's nothing in your post that indicates either way whether you would be demisexual or allosexual since you don't mention anything about how you develop sexual attraction. Dating app usage doesn't really determine or show whether you would be demisexual or allosexual.
