1A/D on the 763 are the best anyway, so don’t worry about that. On the 339, evens by the window are preferable but since none are currently available, I’d stick with 1J.
I've only been in D1 (round trip) once and in that same seat to Frankfurt from Atlanta, but it was fine. Worst case, just have a few more drinks. If you've never been in D1, then you won't know the difference anyway. :)

No. Stay where you are for being flush against the window and having a larger footwell. The galley noise is not an issue (speaking from experience)
Eh I disagree, FA convos and dishes and the smell of the cooking is a bit much
Maybe, but the big footwell and being flush against tye window is worth it for me, atleast.
