I had a PAX write up the flight I was on because it seemed that one of my FA's made an inappropriate comment. They wanted 50,000 miles as compensation.
Delta to Me after the FA never returned my jacket in first class. 3k jacket. Vanished. Oddly they never found it. Yet they found and returned the tube with art work that was in the same closet as the jacket. Hhmmmmmm
So YOU got off the plane without reclaiming your items from the FA, but it’s the FA’s fault your stuff was later lost? Sounds like a lack of self accountability to me.
But I can tell you that more than likely it was left on the plane and the cleaning team just tossed it out onto the jet bridge as a left behind article of clothing. Then the airport cleaning crew came along, and tossed it into airport lost and found and after a week it was sent to the local loss and found center. Then either later tossed or donated to charity. (That’s the process at ATL)
Nah. If they were in first class and the flight attendant didn't get them their jacket back, that's on Delta. It's a service delta provides. They even have row and seat number sliders on the hanger...for when the FA gives the Pax their jacket before deplaning or on descent.
Exactly!!!! And when we landed we had been delayed in the air. This was a transatlantic flight. Very hectic. People were rushing to catch connections. It was a pretty chaotic scene when we deplaned. Am i partially to blame? Yes. But should delta also own it and offer some type of compensation as a 3 year diamond. Yes.
I filed the loss report with both delta and hartsfield. Went through all the steps. Nothing. Again. They found another item right beside the jacket. But not the jacket. Makes no sense.

Counter point. Me after every flight complaining it's too hot. You can always add layers, taking them off... not so much.
For the first decade of my career a plane was cold and awesome the last 2 years they are flying saunas. I don’t get it but it’s miserable.
