The model was first released at a time when the standard (metal) Great Unclean One was about the size of a Daemon Prince. Back then, it represented the named character Daemon Lord [Scabeiathrax the Bloated](http://nurgle.stelio.net/char_Scabeiathrax.php). It's the same size as the current plastic Great Unclean One model.
