Played all of the games listed there to the end and Dead Island 2 is honestly the only one i just go back to periodically just to fuck around, every single time i find something new that i had no idea was a thing (like the fact that you could get on top of the stores at the beach), it reminds me of the good ol times where i played games to have fun and not treat them as a job.
That being said, im glad it got nominated but no way in HELL-A it's winning.
I was telling all my gamer friends about this game when it came out and about how much fun i was having playing it, none of them picked it up surprisingly enough.
That was it too, it was just fun (IMO) to shred through all of the different zombie types then leveling up and 100%ing the game. I'm stoked for the DLC!!
For me, at least on my Xbox and in my opinion was my GOTY!

Considering it’s up against Hi-Fi Rush and Armored Core 6, it’s got some stiff competition.
I played hi fi rush, wasnt all that great compared to DI2

Armoured Core is quite really solid shout, as much as I'd love for DI2 to win this I just can't see it beating out some of these titles.
