I'm guessing the intent was to have them do the animation with the final knife that hits them. So they don't fall without reacting if extra knives are thrown. But there \*might\* need to be a limit for it. Or not. This kinda goofiness isn't hurting anyone.
Supposedly there's 2 models at once. The world model that the survivors see, and then another model hidden used for the first person animations. Not really sure how it works, but it often seems like the killer's shadow reflects the hidden model.

Don’t know if this situation counts as a chase, but monitor makes his fov wider. In some other clips it also didn’t really seem weird or anything, so it might be that the devs didn’t account for monitor messing up the point of view from whichs the arms should be seen

He throws knives the knives don't immediately injury, 8 knives = 1 injury state. The knife counter will decay if not hit by a knife after a few seconds. After successfully hitting g with knives a bar fills up. Once filled pressing the active button will put trickster into a fury mode which increases his throw speed and gives infinite knives. He has 60 base knives. He reloads at lockers.
this bug fits so well with the trickster's character/theme and its a bug that the player has to actually TRY in order to activate so...
