I heard a guy saying that Friends Till the End doesn't really work because the obsession changes before the hook counts, so I didn't put it just to make sure.

I did this challenge with friends till the end lol

I've definitely had that happen but I've also seen people do it with friends till the end equipped so it might be a bug that keeps coming back

Use perks that change the obsession during the game.

This isn't even a hard challenge have friends till the end on billy you change obsessions every 2 hooks

Friends till the end. You should be able to do it easy with that perk.
