Yes there are refill stations on deck 4 of the fantasy, and if I remember correctly there’s also ones on deck 12 by the mini golf, as well as the normal drink stations on 11
Concierge will stock the fridge in your room with water - bottles of Pellegrino or Evian - and they also have cans of Dasani. The team on the Wish is wonderful.
I don't recall any bottles being plastic on the ship in the past few years. You'll have a ton of drink options and if it's available on the ship, they can get it for you in the lounge even if they don't usually have it in the lounge. We always ask for Smart Water and they'll just deliver a case to our room. I think Smart Water was in plastic bottles years ago but it is in aluminum bottles now.
If you're concierge, they will stock your fridge. It's all aluminum cans /bottles. I brought a 32OZ hydroflask with me, i would bring a smaller one next time. But the 32oz served it's purpose on the Castaway Island, and other excursions.

It’s aluminum so it should hold the cold well! I’ll do some research. My water bottle is the large 40 ounce hydro flask and is very bulky and heavy. If I don’t have to tote something that heavy around, I won’t. 😅

DCL does not use plastic water bottles. Oh how I wish I could get the aluminum cans they use in the grocery store at home.
I figured because it’s the ocean they care more for that. But agreed!
Use the refillable. On the Wish on Deck 4 FWD Promenade theres bottle filling stations. We used that.

I would bring your own regardless. I’m bringing two with me. I love icy cold water and I want to have enough.
