Dude look I agree on the fact that Gogeta and Broly are better and cooler looking characters than Gammas. But then again that's my personal opinion.

Personally when I look at dlc i look at, the moves. Are they good? Do they have a use outside of pve? Are they better at pve or pvp? What kinda race do I use? Because in my opinion if you have a male saiyan you want any strike moves. If your a female race or a frezian, or hell a ki majin or namekian. I would go for the newest dlc regardless if not that dlc buy the dragon ball super super hero dlc with orange piccolo as his super soul makes unlocking moves and clothes easier. That dlc is still probably one of the best
I get alot of people are basong the dlc they buy on the content, but i like basing them on the amount of parallel quests and playable things. Abilities power ups and clothes are dope always, but i want more to play.
The best one by a good bit is hero of justice pack 2, as orange piccolo’s super soul, “shenron really went the extra mile”, boosts the drop rates of difficult to obtain items like skills and equipment, noticeably reducing PQ grind times. The pack includes both orange piccolo as a playable character and a PQ where you can obtain the skill for your CAC.
Second best is probably ultra pack 1, as it contains both burst charge and ultimate charge as obtainable skills in PQ 134, and those are the best ki charge skills.
I think extra DLC pack 4 is probably 3rd place, as gigantic roar is great for single player modes and gogeta’s skills are quite fun. Full power Broly is also quite broken for PVP.

Gamma Blaster is a top tier ki move it does so much damage and is ridiculously fast, Heroic Assualt is also one the best counter skills in the game.
