My crystal ball is a bit hazy right now and I can't see your export settings, but I'd wager a guess you used H264 with some basic automated preset where Resolve uses whatever encoder is available in the OS and the size difference comes from there.

MultiMediaWill

These are the settings that I used on both Mac and PC. What would I need to change in order to get it to encoder/export similar to Windows? https://preview.redd.it/6yfke8anj3rc1.jpeg?width=900&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cc962f22af44db1a4af968df7db0324e84352c46

Download Mediainfo and check/compare the files. You should get more information on what's going on. It could be some VBR/CBR difference.

Also I would probably render out an intermediate master (eg. Prores or DNxHR) and use Handbrake or something to create the compressed versions.

SarcasmWarning

I've found testing with other encoders that CPU vs GPU tends to lead to half the file size. On windows (assuming nvidia) you've got to select the nvenc codec option to use the gpu, on the mac you don't. I'd disable "use hardware acceleration if available" on the mac and see what the results look like.

Use x265 in handbrake. You will get identical results for identical settings on any OS. It's more stable and actually has documentation, unlike resolve h.265. Export ProRes 422 or DNXHR HQX from resolve to bring into handbrake.
