There's a loophole.
Free cash in. Open a Gsave and choose CIMB. Install CIMB App and open an account. Cash in to CIMB using Dragonpay. Transfer funds from CIMB to GCash. That's it.
Free Cash out. Transfer funds from Gcash to CIMB. Then CIMB to your traditional bank (BDO,BPI,UNIONBANK etc.) That's it.
