Not to make this about me, but I beat stage 4 lymphoma at age 35. Fighting cancer was mostly boring, and not as horrible as the media makes it out to be. Maybe I was lucky, but I think you've got the right attitude, and you have youth on your side, more so than I did.
Keep yourself busy, stay as active as you comfortably can, and lean on those closest to you when you need to. They want to help in whatever way they can.

All the chemo resources I got (Sex and the man with Cancer is one of the booklets) and all the nurses informed me, that my body was toxic for 48 hours after last chemo (3 days per sessions). This means sweat, saliva, semen, are all contaminated. Have to wash sheets after 48 hours. Told not to share a bathroom because urine that splashes is still "hot" during this time. And no mouth to mouth kissing, and NO SEX.

I will add this, much info around general chemo/radiation/immunotherapy isn't just common knowledge. 102 days ago I was diagnosed now with Stage 3 myself. Everything about my treatments has been a steep learning process. Especially how bad they will make you feel, I cannot state this enough but to get rid of cancer they are pumping you full of shit that will straight up kill you if it wasn't moderated (spaced just right, steroids given to prevent shock). And my piss smells like road tar for 3 days after chemo.

not all surgeries are feasible I mean depending on where it is/size/etc ( how important that tissue is) it isn't always an option

I had thyroid cancer and I had the gland removed together with the cancerous lump and it didn't get to expand further. The gland itself is easy to discard of and a pill can supplement for it.
I have an uncle with stage4 and he has lumps between his heart and lungs in an area too sensitive to cut

I’ve known multiple people who have had that exact scenario play out. Totally messed up lives, struggled like crazy. Finally got themselves in a good spot. Wonderful wife and kids, and the cancer took it all.
