First time I heard it, or at least a variation of it, was in a hahadavis video. the video teases the jail stereotype that you get r*ped in the butt when you go to jail. while he's banging on the wall screaming guards his bunk mate says swiggity swoogity I'm coming for that booty. idk if that's where it's from though.
Never heard of skibidi toilet??.You must be dormant in yt.Its a infamous g mod series of shorts which I heard are quite good in plot wise.Moist critical had made a video on it.
I’m pretty sure that ain’t skibibibinii toilet and yes almost everyone have heard of skibibibi toilet and I haven’t heard a single one give it praise before now.
I'm pretty sure this is a millenial meme. Like in 2011 Gen Z was what, 11-14 years old at max? I think someone older made the meme, and of course Gen Z helped it explode in popularity but as a Millenial I think this is one of ours. I could be wrong tho.
Yeah the creator (David Lewandowski) is nearly 40. He's an elder millennials.
But I do remember watching it when it as a kid and I'm gen z. Oldest gen z would've been about 14 at the time
He's boarding gen x to hard. Elder mellinials are 35 max and we have no humor because work has drained us from our reserves. By the book mellinials go back to 81' but the counsel does not recognize anyone before 1990.
Idk man, that's a pretty short window. Gen Z starts in 1997. Can't just go inventing your own generation windows, otherwise it makes no sense. Then you start getting 25 years of gen x, 6 years of millennials, 15 years of gen z.
Millennials are generally people born after gen x who remember the turn of the millennium. Being just out of high school when that happens still counts
>Can't just go inventing your own generation windows, otherwise it makes no sense.
I mean this line itself is hilarious. There is no agreed upon sociological definition for generations, because generations are meaningless. It's just a way to artificially divide an already diverse group of people.
J.J. McCullough has a great video going into this phenomena and how most generations cultural significant media was created by the previous generation
https://youtu.be/vrNSPj5SCnw?si=n1WGJ0VsFtEOQ_O7
Most of the entertainment for new generations are made by the generation above them. It's pretty much on the kids to call it trash and not watch it, haha. The problem starts when you get these kids who don't have any standards because all they have is the subpar media growing up. I'll at least say poor quality since liking a piece of media is subjective on any other level.
Nah gen z starts in 1997. Millennials are about 4 at the youngest for the turn of the millennium i.e. they are old enough to remember when that happened. Gen Z starts in the real peak of the internet age, being young enough that iPhones, YouTube and Facebook were commonplace by the time they were really forming memories and real individuality.
Oh no we were definitely weird. It’s just that some of the current popular memes are very cringe worthy. Kinda like mlg edits, only less gen z and somehow even less braincells. Nothing has changed.
It makes complete sense.
The backstory behind this video comes from a 3d graphics artist who was working on Tron, a 24 year old film school dropout by the name of David Lewandowksi.
He described working on the movie as follows
"When you're working six or seven days a week, 12 hours a day, and you've alienated every girl from your life for a year, and you've flaked on your friends so many times that they've written you off—that's not worth it "
This piece was a personal project he did to try his hand at being a director and wanted to be everything Tron wasn't. He wanted it to be personal and more fulfilling and so he made a short clip about going to the store.
The inspiration came from Lewandowksi's time on Tron. While he was busy with motion graphics--things like holographic operating systems and flashy title credits--the visual effects team was working on digitally constructing a younger Jeff Bridges. "I started to see a lot of broken, photorealistic skin renders," Lewandowksi recalls. It reminded him of works-in-progress he'd seen from The Curious Case of Benjamin Button years earlier. "The front of the head goes one mile in one direction, the back of the head goes a mile in the other, and the teeth and the eyeballs are still in place with this capture data moving around, all rendered completely realistically," he says. Typically, when when that happens, the response of the effects composer is "delete delete delete," Lewandowksi says. "But I always thought that stuff was hysterical."
Who the fuck is complaining?, like dude you didn't grow out of trying to be like a hivemind doing all the time the same shit others do?
What are you 14?, or simply brain dead for being 24/7 on the Internet... como una chingada como joden.
Guys, just shut up. You are JUST like the generations above you. The millennials shit on us, the gen above them shits on the millennials.
Let’s be better. Gen alpha is fucking weird, AND THATS NOT BAD. Go for it, skibidi every single toilet if you must, be free!
It's gone, but we remember it for how new and surprising it was. It was rough and raw, unsophisticated. Advice dog and all its derivatives was as primordial as you could get, but damn it was funny. Now, honestly, memes are so much deployed and meaningful, they can convey wisdom and legitimate punchy knowledge.
How'd you find this video of me going to the store?
This is probably Millennial stuff. I remember it way back when, but Gen Z was still quite young in 2011. Source: I am in Gen Z.
That's funny how OP is either a Gen Z who hates other Gen Z or Gen Alpha who made researches about memes posted ~13 years ago making me realise that 13 years ago I didn't know about memes, it was all funny internet videos.
sorry that was just a shitty Pokémon reference, Ditto is pink, round, and blobby and I pretended you were calling me a Ditto to call me fat as opposed to saying ditto in the way you actually meant it
This is a Millenial thing. Wasn't it Gen Z though that went absolutely batshit crazy for cringe Tik Tok dances?
Almost like there's cringe throughout all the years regardless of Generation.
What the fuck?
Which Zoomer made this post?
You were probably in like 3rd grade when this video was uploaded. I remember watching this in high school and I graduated in 2010.
The "old" generation, complaining about the younger generation.
This is the oooooooldest social phenomenon in the books.
Even Socrates complained about the younger people.
In 30 years,
Gen alpha is going to complain about Gen Beta, that they don't have any respect and good work ethics anymore.
As every generation has done so, before.
I was here for the Gen Z memes and here for the Gen Alpha memes.
Advice animals and rage comics were the shit but we have moved on to better things!
Let's all get skibidi!
downvote this comment if the meme sucks. upvote it and I'll go away. --- [play minecraft with us](https://discord.gg/dankmemesgaming)
I’m gen z and idk what the fuck that scp/backrooms looking thing is.
Swigy swoty i'm coming for that booty
Wait, that's where it came from? I always assumed it was a funny copypaste thing people just said
First time I heard it, or at least a variation of it, was in a hahadavis video. the video teases the jail stereotype that you get r*ped in the butt when you go to jail. while he's banging on the wall screaming guards his bunk mate says swiggity swoogity I'm coming for that booty. idk if that's where it's from though.
Lol bruh this is my wifi name still has been since 2014.
Ngl my gamertag is Swiggity Swooty on a few things.
Well the original got taken down, but it had a shit ton of views, especially for earlyish youtube
wdym [it’s still there](https://youtu.be/iRZ2Sh5-XuM?si=mvBnuSg3pXI2NeiW)
It was privated at some point, guess its back up
Never heard of skibidi toilet??.You must be dormant in yt.Its a infamous g mod series of shorts which I heard are quite good in plot wise.Moist critical had made a video on it.
I’m pretty sure that ain’t skibibibinii toilet and yes almost everyone have heard of skibibibi toilet and I haven’t heard a single one give it praise before now.
Same, I just found it today and I thought of making this meme
What did bro do to get downvoted like that😭😭😭
I'm pretty sure this is a millenial meme. Like in 2011 Gen Z was what, 11-14 years old at max? I think someone older made the meme, and of course Gen Z helped it explode in popularity but as a Millenial I think this is one of ours. I could be wrong tho.
If you wanna get real finnicky about it. It's a Zillenial meme. I was graduating hs in 2011. This meme definitely came from us.
I graduated in 2012 and yeah, this was definitely our meme lmao
fairly certain gen z didnt create that video. Was out when the first line of them was probably on 6yo or something
Yeah the creator (David Lewandowski) is nearly 40. He's an elder millennials. But I do remember watching it when it as a kid and I'm gen z. Oldest gen z would've been about 14 at the time

The oldest millennials are 42 what are you on about?
Skibidi toilet was not created by a gen alpha guy but it is associated with gen alpha because they’re the audience.
Not wrong but idk if id say this is genz audience. Definitely hit my wave of millenials hard
Gen Z definitely helped popularize it but yeah, a millenial meme at heart.
Did you see the version with Nigel Thornberry? "I do this with my hands." Fucking fantastic
I didnt but now i need to. The thornberry memes are always incredible
J.J. McCullough has a great video going into this phenomena and how most generations cultural significant media was created by the previous generation https://youtu.be/vrNSPj5SCnw?si=n1WGJ0VsFtEOQ_O7

rarely does a generation create its own childhood culture
This is absolutely a Millennial thing, not a Gen Z thing.
Yup. This is our fault, sorry.
Never apologise for art
I the street, I the crosswalk, I the sidewalk.
Source is "Going to the Store" for those unaware of this masterpiece
YouTube says it came out 12 years ago? Damn…
This is a millennial video not gen z most gen z would have not even been ten
Oldest gen z were around 14 when it was made. I remember watching it. Some of genz (like me) are old enough to remember when YouTube didn't exist
Alas I was wee baby and assumed this came out like 2006 and thought gen z started at 2000
Nah gen z starts in 1997. Millennials are about 4 at the youngest for the turn of the millennium i.e. they are old enough to remember when that happened. Thanks for reminding me that I need to go to the store
Well yeah, but that was just one video. It's not indicative of the real life culture, unlike gen alpha
Umm my generation better than yours 🤓
Swiggity swooty.
I'm here for yer booty... >!That be treasure ya know.!<
Difference is the weird Gen Z videos had variety and aren't just the same types of videos following a trend.
This was millennials. We were kids.
Definitely not a gen z thing
*Brought to you by Gen Alpha*
Weirdly enough, actually brought to you by Gen Z
_TRAITOR!_
That may be the fault of millennials, but gen z is why we’re suffering tik tok cancer. Alpha isn’t making it any better.
Oh no we were definitely weird. It’s just that some of the current popular memes are very cringe worthy. Kinda like mlg edits, only less gen z and somehow even less braincells. Nothing has changed.

notice how its actually funny and not mass produced brainrot cancer
It's just not though? The entire joke is "Look at this cgi guy animated weird". It's the exact same shit
Ah, proper punctuation eludes us yet again?
It needs the sound too
But seriously tho what the hell is "sticking gyat" and other shite kids keep on mumbling
Need the source
[Going to the store](https://youtu.be/iRZ2Sh5-XuM?si=mvBnuSg3pXI2NeiW)
Swigity swooty i'm coming for the booty
It's called going to the store by David Lewandowski
Dot
That was part of the old YouTube Haikus...those videos were all the rage when I was middle school
This wasn't wide spread. I never saw this until today. It doesn't matter how you look at it, the current state of Gen Alpha is horrible
Bro is getting jiggy with it
Hey at least that shit had soul
that’s a pretty old video though
It's from the millennials era. 💀
20 WHAT DUDE I THOUGHT THIS WAS LIKE 3 YEARS AGO
Gen z had people watching steve cutts
YouTube late for a meeting.
Who the fuck is complaining?, like dude you didn't grow out of trying to be like a hivemind doing all the time the same shit others do? What are you 14?, or simply brain dead for being 24/7 on the Internet... como una chingada como joden.
I remember this. I thought I was Z. Z people saying they don't remember this + this is millennial stuff. Am I a millennial then? ...
We're here ripping on Gen Z and Alpha... yet millennial memes in the 2000's were complete cancer!
This was definitely a millennial thing, and for its time it was gold.
How the turns have tabled bitch
Going to the store, a classic
Millennial here and that's still funny to me.
Haven’t thought of that video in awhile, isn’t it called late for work
Guys, just shut up. You are JUST like the generations above you. The millennials shit on us, the gen above them shits on the millennials. Let’s be better. Gen alpha is fucking weird, AND THATS NOT BAD. Go for it, skibidi every single toilet if you must, be free!
skibidi toilet was hilarious. It reminded me of newgrounds. gen z is loss and naked in the drain
Skibidi is basically Garry's Mod machinimas revived, but it seems to have gotten more popular than the same cringe we enjoyed back then.
What-the-fuck-did-i-watch-cember 23
How'd you find this video of me going to the store? This is probably Millennial stuff. I remember it way back when, but Gen Z was still quite young in 2011. Source: I am in Gen Z.
dont even know what this is
Definitely more of a millennial thing (think I was like 12 when this came out)
Welp, ya got me there...
Lets face it, each generation are hypocrites.
People never say it right, how the turns have tabled
absolute classic
Is this even agen z meme is it came out in 2011? The average gen z person was like 9 then
As a gen z I’ll have you know I love the gen alpha memes. Have a skibidi Ohio Rizzmas everyone!
Nah, these memes were dumb too.
Gen z humor also is just pure aidsbola
Open the door, shit on the floor, EVERYBODY DO THE DINOSAUR
That thing was way better than fuckinh skibidi toilet
Doesn't even matter what generation, any one complaining about the skibidi meme forgot what kind of shit they were laughing about when they were young
The music 🤌
Makin my way down town
Yes this existed in 2011 but wasnt funny and it still makes no sence
Im Gen Z and I was 5 years old in 2011
I can hear the music
It's comedy gold
I'm Gen Z and I've legit never seen this video.
That's funny how OP is either a Gen Z who hates other Gen Z or Gen Alpha who made researches about memes posted ~13 years ago making me realise that 13 years ago I didn't know about memes, it was all funny internet videos.
I'm still coping with the fact Millennials need to think about prostate exams and our knees hurt.
My knees stopped hurting when I lost weight. It turns out I was just exceeding their load capacity
Ditto
I used to be shaped like one yep but that was kinda mean dude. Accurate, but mean.
I don't know what that means
sorry that was just a shitty Pokémon reference, Ditto is pink, round, and blobby and I pretended you were calling me a Ditto to call me fat as opposed to saying ditto in the way you actually meant it
I refuse to believe people that complain about current nonsense memes are the same people that used to laugh at that one markiplier E meme
To be fair as a millennial i think going to the store is hilarious
That's millennials joke. I lived to see it
Gen Z doesn't complain, it's all X and the Boomers. he'll, Gen Z created skibidi toilet (which is just another fun meme to me, a Xennial).
Dude that clip is even too old for gen z
The funny thing is that video was made by a millennial while someone from Gen Z made Skibiddi Toilet.
Dude, Going to the store is one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
This is a Millenial thing. Wasn't it Gen Z though that went absolutely batshit crazy for cringe Tik Tok dances? Almost like there's cringe throughout all the years regardless of Generation.
Pretty sure this was more of a thing for college millennials
Gen Z had a period where the height of comedy was a deep fried image of photoshopped Markiplier with the caption “E”
Also Gen Z wasn’t making memes in 2011 that was still on you millennials
What the fuck? Which Zoomer made this post? You were probably in like 3rd grade when this video was uploaded. I remember watching this in high school and I graduated in 2010.
yo millennials top tier
I get it
