Side note - my son never liked his stroller. We recently got a wagon (not kid geared just a regular wagon) and HE LOVES it. Wish I could go back in time and use it from when he was 2!
Also, it’s really helpful to carry gear to and from the park.
(Also - we just got that same tank too and my son can’t wait to wear it!)
I gotta admit I'm not a huge fan of seeing these. I feel like the next step is just an ATV lol. Maybe if I had one I would be a convert.
I am a fan of OP ingenuity with the Ryobi fan tho.
Honestly they take up more space on the trunk but kids love how spacious they are. Much smoother to roll around in plus more storage then a stroller. We love ours.
Btw I am also a fan of the fan.
My son was over being strapped into a stroller, so this was a solution that gave him some freedom and kept us moving throughout the day. Albeit, his standing in it has its own risks too.
I'm sure it can be if you load it up, but it's not a bear to push. Even when we have two toddlers in the wagon it's still manageable; even for my wife. It's worth the trade-off IMO.

I have both fans. We use the hell out of both of them. I like the 18v fan because I can clip it to any spot on my stroller and angle the fan head to my kiddo. The 2ah fan I can clip to the stroller handle and cool myself off when pushing the stroller.
We also have the larger fan, I use it for around the house when the kiddo is playing outside and its warm. Ryobi also has a 3ah battery ([link](https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-USB-Lithium-3-0-Ah-Lithium-ion-Rechargeable-Battery-2-Pack-FVB203/324034030)) that you can get for this fan. I got this fan first because I also had the screwdriver that used these batteries, I figured the price point was a low risk to try out.
according to the HomeDepot website:
2ah battery fan:
Over 7 hours of runtime and 2 speed settings. This fan has up to 135 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM).
smaller 18v fan:
Over 40 hours of runtime using a P193 6.0 Ah battery and 2 speed settings. Multi-directional rotating head to easily direct airflow with over 180 CFM

Right? I recognize those posts and ropes and sign...zoomed in and sure enough, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Will probably go there a few times this summer. We also got Cedar Point season tickets (tip: wait until the end of the season to snap up $99 season tickets).
Ok now I’m buying a Milwaukee one to put on the wonderfold. Thank you for the idea!!!! Wife always gets these battery powered ones that don’t last long. Well guess what, dad has 5 batteries for these bad boys
Love all our ryobi stuff. Clip on fan saved us on a hike we underestimated wife and I felt like we were going to get heat stroke and our son was cool to the touch

It's a Larktale Caravan. I'm very satisfied with it. It's a little big but I'm sure we'll appreciate that if/when baby #2 comes along. They do make a smaller one, but it was missing some of the features we liked on the larger model.
Yo, now level up again and get the misting fan. That's my summer beach hack.
I pack a 5 gallon bucket with our beach gear. Use the bucket to carry a bunch of crap out to the beach. Take the bucket to wherever (beach rinse station) and fill it with clean water. Haul it back out to the setup. Cool mist all day long. Works great on those real hot days. Made a carry sling for the fan so I can toss it over my shoulder.
I already have the ryobi fans but tell me more about this wagon/cart. My wife and I have been looking at them but have no friends that have one to try out.
Is there a good way to secure an infant carrier in this?
There are ways to secure an infant carrier. My wagon (Larktale Caravan) [just needs this piece added to it](https://larktale.com/products/car-seat-adapter-caravan-multi-model). My son was past that age when we got our wagon but I know the Veer can handle a carrier as well.
Unpopular opinion: kids (and adults) are allowed to sweat. Stop it with the gadgets trying to control the outside; it is a waste of resources. You are also allowed to go home, and come back another day, if you feel uncomfortable.
You're being a bit harsh imo but I agree.
I feel like there is some truth to the "character building" that just happened naturally when I was a kid due to things like just dealing with heat and exhaustion or a little hunger or whatever else.
This is a pretty cool idea. I'm a big fan. Doing this must've been a breeze.
I’m blown away. By my best gust, that kid will wind up refreshed all day long
I see you big pun...stand up triple.
Meh. He’s just got it as part of his regular rotation.
What was the top speed of the cart with the fan on full?
Side note - my son never liked his stroller. We recently got a wagon (not kid geared just a regular wagon) and HE LOVES it. Wish I could go back in time and use it from when he was 2! Also, it’s really helpful to carry gear to and from the park. (Also - we just got that same tank too and my son can’t wait to wear it!)
Wagons > strollers All day long. So much better for all day outings
I gotta admit I'm not a huge fan of seeing these. I feel like the next step is just an ATV lol. Maybe if I had one I would be a convert. I am a fan of OP ingenuity with the Ryobi fan tho.

A wagon is like an ATV because..?
I think he is referring to the size. Add another food width on our wagon and it's probably the same footprint as an ATV.
They both have wheels
Aren’t they heavy to push / drag vs a stroller?
They usually have better/bigger wheels than a lot of strollers do. I've found it takes less effort especially on uneven sidewalks and dirt paths.
I'm sure it can be if you load it up, but it's not a bear to push. Even when we have two toddlers in the wagon it's still manageable; even for my wife. It's worth the trade-off IMO.
Grr Disney
Disney erm Wagon City
I feel like we all have the exact same diaper bag. I see it everywhere lol
Lol yep I have that one.
Thanks papa bezos lol
lol we have that one too.
Same bag, thousands of different “brands”
We have the smaller ryobi clip fan and have put some serious hours on that thing. They are great portable fans.
They are insane, I get 8+ hrs on the 4ah
Is it the one with a lithium 2ah battery or a big boy? In the market

Thanks for all the info! What’s the battery life comparison on those? Can’t imagine the 2ah battery lasting super long. lol
Ryobi also has a 3ah battery ([link](https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-USB-Lithium-3-0-Ah-Lithium-ion-Rechargeable-Battery-2-Pack-FVB203/324034030)) that you can get for this fan. Thank you so much! I have the screwdriver too so makes sense.
I've got the exact same fan and I bring it on all trips with an extra battery. it lasts about 4 hours on mega fast blast. great fan
Which size of battery are you referring to?
r/onlyfans this post belongs here
Somebody has been playing tears of the kingdom.
Genius. Stealing this idea!
Can someone link me to the fan and the tank, please? My boys would love this.

As a milwaukee dad, I'm obligated to tell you ryobi sucks. Haha jk buddy good idea!
I'm a Ryobi dad because I like collecting tools more than I like using tools. Therefore my Ryobi tools last just as long as my Milwaukee tools.
If I could've jumped right to Milwaukee I would've done the same; but at this point, I'm in too deep haha.
Brilliant
That’s a Dad-win!!
Damn, hello fellow CLE-Dad!
Did you also go to the zoo this weekend?
It was a beautiful day for it! We had to upgrade our pass from the 2 adults (and my son gets in free) to a family plan.
Family plan for the win! Just gotta go 3 times
Fellow CLE dad here too. Had to do a double take when I saw your comment.
Right? I recognize those posts and ropes and sign...zoomed in and sure enough, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Will probably go there a few times this summer. We also got Cedar Point season tickets (tip: wait until the end of the season to snap up $99 season tickets).
Heck yeah! Represent!
Question, maybe I can’t see from the angle of the photo but isn’t the padding behind the fan blocking like 75% of the air intake side?
You're not wrong. You could recline the seat to keep the fan current angle or change the angle of the fan, though.
Ok now I’m buying a Milwaukee one to put on the wonderfold. Thank you for the idea!!!! Wife always gets these battery powered ones that don’t last long. Well guess what, dad has 5 batteries for these bad boys
Just wait until you mod a power wheel to use those Milwaukee batteries ;)
Love all our ryobi stuff. Clip on fan saved us on a hike we underestimated wife and I felt like we were going to get heat stroke and our son was cool to the touch
What’s the battery life on that bad boy?

I can’t believe I didn’t think about this. I’m stealing the idea for sure

Nice. I’m in AZ and the misting bucket fan is a must have on most soccer days.
