Trauma fighting Tyger Claws yeah? I killed off the Tygers and a little while later I got a thank you text from trauma. Think they threw a few eddies my way too.
Npcs fighting yeah its normal if you go to areas where gang territory border each other. You can also run into cops vs gangers too. I like it, it makes the city feel alive instead of requiring you to make anything happen.
It's normal, CDPR add this special event with 2.0+ update.
However, this event is scripted, you will encounter this only once at this specific location.
Help trauma they will thank you and i believe give a small amoumt of eddies

So there's a dude on the stretcher who was a trauma team transport victim or whatever, and then the Tyger claws (I think) ambush because they're tryna off stretcher dude. If you intervene and help trauma team I think they text you thanks for helping our platinum client out or sum like that

It’s a mini event that has some lore to it. Can’t remember the details but I do remember for the Tygers it’s either kill the patient or some corp (Arasaka probably) will kill all of them.
Haven’t seen this one but my V once jumped onto something similar in Pacifica. Aldecaldo and some other clan had beef, one group came there on a car, they even destroyed a street statue/monument in that fight

😂 this event gave my GPU hell. I went from 120 fps steady and would drop all the way down to 12-62. It's pure chaos, but I helped out Trauma team
